Our Commitment
At Sahil Deode Coaching, we are deeply committed to delivering exceptional value and real, measurable results. Before any programme begins, we invest significant time in reviewing your application, understanding your goals, and crafting a personalised plan. This policy exists to protect both you and our ability to continue delivering high-quality coaching.
General Policy
All coaching programme fees are non-refundable once the programme has commenced and your personalised plan has been delivered. This includes:
- Online Coaching (1-on-1) — monthly or prepaid fees
- 12-Week Transformation Programme — full programme fee
- Any supplementary sessions or add-ons
Cancellation Before Start
If you cancel your enrolment at least 7 days before the agreed programme start date and no materials, plans, or sessions have been delivered, you are eligible for a full refund minus any payment processing fees. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund.
Programme Interruption
If you are unable to continue a programme due to a verified medical emergency, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to either pause, extend, or partially credit your programme. Please contact us as soon as possible in such situations.
Results Disclaimer
Results from coaching vary depending on individual commitment, lifestyle factors, and adherence to the programme. We do not offer refunds on the basis of dissatisfaction with personal results if the coaching protocols were delivered as agreed.
