1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any coaching programme offered by Sahil Deode ("Coach", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with enrolment.
2. Services Provided
Sahil Deode offers personalised coaching services including, but not limited to:
- Online Coaching (1-on-1) — ongoing monthly or prepaid coaching
- 12-Week Transformation Programme — structured 84-day coaching
- Supplementary consultations and add-on services
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding
- Follow the programme to the best of your ability
- Communicate openly about your progress, challenges, and health status
- Consult a medical professional before beginning any new fitness regime
- Not share, reproduce, or distribute any proprietary coaching materials
4. Health & Medical Disclaimer
Coaching services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Sahil Deode is a performance coach, not a licensed physician or dietitian. Always consult your doctor before beginning any new exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions.
5. Intellectual Property
All training plans, nutrition protocols, guides, and coaching materials provided are the intellectual property of Sahil Deode. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own transformation only. Redistribution, resale, or reproduction in any form is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sahil Deode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of coaching services. Results vary between individuals based on commitment, genetics, lifestyle, and adherence. No specific results are guaranteed.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate coaching services if a client engages in abusive behaviour, violates these terms, or acts in bad faith. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the remaining programme period.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
